Nicole is a Certificate IV qualified Veterinary Nurse who has worked in the industry for seven years, including six years in an extremely busy general practice and one year working in Emergency and Critical Care.

Nicole owns 2 dogs: Roo, a Ridgeback x Red Heeler (who looks like a kangaroo x dingo) and Nugget, an English Staffordshire Bull Terrier (who is more than a handful but who she couldn’t be without!).

Hi, my name is Alex and I'm a trainee nurse at PETstock VET Carrum Downs. My current pets consist of 6 horses, 5 chickens, 2 dogs one very spoiled cat and two escapee blue tongues lizards!

Having being plonked on a saddle as soon as I could hold myself up, and growing up around dogs, cats, chickens, cows and sheep, I have always had a passion for animals, so a career in vet nursing is the perfect way to incorporate my passion and my career.

I'm only at the start of my journey in vet nursing, and I'm so excited to see what the future holds!

Steph is a qualified veterinary technician as well as a certificate IV veterinary nurse. She also has a certificate IV in behavioural dog training.

She's worked in the industry for over 10 years in both general practice as well as emergency and critical care.

Recently she has taken some time off to concentrate on being a mum to her 22 month old daughter and 7 month old son.

In her spare time she enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her family and pets (Garp - her beautiful Labrador boy, Kaspar - her ever naughty dachshund whom both traveled with her from her home country the Czech Republic and Fatty - her rescue cat).

Working in the industry for many years including emergency and critical care, Lauren has completed Certificate II Animal Studies and is well on the way to becoming a fully certified Veterinary Nurse. Lauren has an interest in surgical nursing and loves to spend all her time with Bella her cheeky but adorable Jack Russell.

Hi my name is Michael and I have recently completed my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. I have a vast interest in providing optimal care and knowledge for all animals and their owners.

There isn't any aspect of nursing that I don't find interesting and fulfilling, and so find great satisfaction in my work.

I own a little netherland dwarf bunny named Barney who is both lazy and eccentric. I love being a part of the PETstock VET team and I will be looking forward to meeting and getting to know all of our wonderful Clients with their furry family.

Michelle has over 10 years experience working as a Veterinary Nurse, and has been lucky enough to work in multiple small animal clinics all over Australia including; Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.

She joined the PETstock VET team after taking some time off nursing to focus on being a mum to her two young children.

Michelle has a cheeky 12 year old Maltese x Shih Tzu named Peppa, and her favourite part of her job is meeting all of the gorgeous animals who visit our clinic.

Saraid has been working as veterinary nurse since 2008, completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2011. Saraid has had many years of experience working in emergency and internal medicine, very recently making the transition to a managerial role, becoming part of the PETstock family as Carrum Down's practice manager. Saraid enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but is most interested in chronic diseases, behaviour and rescue.

In her spare time, Saraid hangs out with her boyfriend and fur family of four (and often more when fostering!) Iggy, Ruby and Marley the cats, and her very special Border Collie X Lucy. She also loves getting outdoors, extreme sports, travelling the world, getting lost in books and trying all the wonderful restaurants in Melbourne!
